Pavitra Gandhi

She heads one of the most successful media event companies – The Magnanimous group. She is a very hands-on mother of two. And with that she takes out enough time for herself and her fitness. Nope she is not a superwoman, but just someone who is very good at compartmentalising and prioritising.
FACE’s Managing Editor Neha Sachar Mittal, got some quick tips from Pavitra Gandhi on how she does it!

1) Your company’s mantra is “we talk less, we do more”. Is that what makes ‘The Magnanimous group’ what it is today?

We deal magnanimously with leading luxury brands, globally. Our expertise is attention to detail and in pushing ourselves to create the extraordinary.

2) You started your career with Film production, with Rohit Shetty Films and are now into Luxury events… which one of two is tougher and which one is more fun?

Both have been very exciting, but being a people person, I enjoy Luxury events a lot more.

3) You are a working woman and a mother of two. Your social media shows that you have beautifully achieved the ever-elusive work and personal life balance? Do you ever suffer from ‘Mother’s Guilt’?

I believe there’s nothing like a perfect work-life balance, it’s important to be fluid. Some days u have to focus on work and some days on your kids. I think it’s easier when you stop worrying about it and just act accordingly to what the situation demands.

4) What is it like being a successful woman entrepreneur in India today? Any tricks and tips that you would like to share with our readers?

The trick is to work because you love what you do.

5) You are someone who has often been called “fit & fabulous” … so what is your fitness mantra?

My fitness mantra is a simple one, it is to Eat clean, Live Clean and Dream clean.
