Designed for leisurely lunches, intimate dinners and memorable gatherings, the new menu celebrates the Mediterranean philosophy of simple cooking elevated through exceptional produce. Each dish combines traditional techniques and authentic flavours with subtle contemporary touches, creating a dining experience that is wholesome, colourful and full of character.
A Mediterranean Journey Through Mezze & Small Plates
The culinary experience begins with an enticing selection of mezze and small plates.
Highlights include the comforting Turkish Lentil Soup and the signature Layali Beirut Mezze, an elaborate spread featuring Hummus Beiruty, Fattoush, Labneh, Falafel, Batata Hara, Mutabbal, Muhammara and Dolmas, served with freshly baked pita.
The Hummus Kawarma offers a richer take on the classic, topped with spiced lamb keema, pine nuts, za’atar and sumac. Seafood lovers can savour the Saganaki, featuring succulent prawns cooked with feta, lemon and aromatic spices.
The menu also features the wholesome Foul, served with warm pita and steamed fava beans, alongside the handcrafted Moroccan Dijaj Manakish, layered with lemon-marinated chicken, pistachio pesto, fresh baby burrata and rocket leaves.
Comforting Mains Inspired by the Mediterranean
The journey continues with an eclectic selection of hearty mains that showcase the diversity of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Guests can indulge in the comforting Turkish Moussaka, the fragrant Saudi Roz Bukhari prepared with saffron, kabsa spices and roasted vegetables, and Luuma House’s signature LALA Al Faham, featuring roasted chicken paired with pilaf, pomegranate and citrus chilli butter.
