The Xavier’s Commerce Society of St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, strives to ignite the competitive spirits within students from across the globe as it hosts Corporate Prodigy 2023, presented by Global Reach, and powered by Stun the Sun. Today’s youth are tomorrow’s future and with this vision, the society expands its horizons to accommodate them in our events. Corporate Prodigy, an event designed exclusively for the high school students, aims to give them the experience of undergraduate level corporate events even before entering college. Prestigious schools across the country compete with each other to prove themselves as young ambassadors while capitalizing on an opportunity to head-start their corporate careers. The rounds will commence on the 11th of July and end on the 12th of July.
One of the most prestigious societies of St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, the Xavier’s Commerce Society was founded in 2006 with the vision of imparting a multitude of opportunities and apertures to students and assisting them in gaining enriching and exhilarating corporate exposure through thought-provoking ideation and simulation of real-life models. With its motto “Dreams. Development. Destiny.”, the society endeavors to build budding leaders of the corporate world.
Confederate (Contingent):
The ultimate team exercise, this event tests the boundaries of what the group of individuals can achieve through efficient division of responsibilities and impeccable internal communication mechanism. Brace for intense challenges and increasingly convoluted, but equally rewarding solutions, as they navigate the waters of being the best contingent.
Bastion (Marketing, PR-IR, Strategic Management):
With provocative tasks on strategic management, exuberant rounds based on public relations and a broad ambit for creativity in the domain of marketing, this event tests the agility of the participants as they arise as a versatile individual who can seize the opportunities presented before them.
Encipher (Case Study):
The path to victory is riddled with challenges, but with consistency and diligence, one can vanquish them and reach the pinnacle of success. As participants explore this realm of reality to examine the thesis of detailed case studies comprising diversified corporate domains, they are expected to put their corporate judgment to test and transcend the odds with their analytical skills at each step in this quest.
Legatus (Best Manager, Human Resource):
A leader not only guides the individuals within an organization, but even influences the environment beyond its orbit. From deploying diplomacy to outmaneuver their competitors to devising methods that help them convert impediments into opportunities, the participants are to be bold in their conviction to pave their way forward.
Titan (Entrepreneurship, Finance):
Efficient financing is the epitome of an organization, essential in enacting strategies to effectively administer the funds and elevate in the corporate world. The success of any entity depends largely on how it aligns its interests with those of its investors. By ensuring the strategic allocation of an organization’s finances through judicious and precautious planning, the quintessential form of finance and entrepreneurship is emulated by the participants, as they strive to dominate the pyramid of succession.
