Luuma House Unveils Its All-New ‘Mezze Monsoon Menu’ – A Seasonal Celebration of Mediterranean Comfort

Mumbai | Aug 2026

This monsoon, Luuma House invites diners to experience the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean with its newly launched ‘Mezze Monsoon Menu’—a limited-edition seasonal menu that brings together comforting recipes, fresh ingredients and bold yet balanced flavours inspired by Mediterranean culinary traditions.

Designed for leisurely lunches, intimate dinners and memorable gatherings, the new menu celebrates the Mediterranean philosophy of simple cooking elevated through exceptional produce. Each dish combines traditional techniques and authentic flavours with subtle contemporary touches, creating a dining experience that is wholesome, colourful and full of character.

A Mediterranean Journey Through Mezze & Small Plates

The culinary experience begins with an enticing selection of mezze and small plates.

Highlights include the comforting Turkish Lentil Soup and the signature Layali Beirut Mezze, an elaborate spread featuring Hummus Beiruty, Fattoush, Labneh, Falafel, Batata Hara, Mutabbal, Muhammara and Dolmas, served with freshly baked pita.

The Hummus Kawarma offers a richer take on the classic, topped with spiced lamb keema, pine nuts, za’atar and sumac. Seafood lovers can savour the Saganaki, featuring succulent prawns cooked with feta, lemon and aromatic spices.

The menu also features the wholesome Foul, served with warm pita and steamed fava beans, alongside the handcrafted Moroccan Dijaj Manakish, layered with lemon-marinated chicken, pistachio pesto, fresh baby burrata and rocket leaves.

Comforting Mains Inspired by the Mediterranean

The journey continues with an eclectic selection of hearty mains that showcase the diversity of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Guests can indulge in the comforting Turkish Moussaka, the fragrant Saudi Roz Bukhari prepared with saffron, kabsa spices and roasted vegetables, and Luuma House’s signature LALA Al Faham, featuring roasted chicken paired with pilaf, pomegranate and citrus chilli butter.

For meat lovers, the perfectly chargrilled Kasstalihta Lamb Chop delivers rich, smoky flavours, while the beautifully prepared Samaka Harra features roasted seabass accompanied by slow-cooked tomato sauce, pine nut butter and tzatziki.

A Sweet Finish

The seasonal experience concludes with indulgent desserts.

The comforting Um Al Pudding, layered with almonds, raisins, pistachios, walnuts and rich cream, offers a decadent finale, while the classic Baklava combines walnuts and almonds with fragrant clove and rose syrup, served alongside vanilla ice cream.

A Celebration of Mediterranean Flavours

Speaking about the inspiration behind the new menu, Jayesh Chheda, Partner, Luuma House by Titanium Ventures, said:

“This menu is a celebration of everything we love about Mediterranean cooking—fresh ingredients, bold yet balanced flavours, and dishes that bring people together. We wanted to create an experience that’s vibrant, wholesome and full of warmth. I hope every guest leaves feeling like they’ve enjoyed not just a great meal, but a little taste of the Mediterranean.”

Among the chef’s signature recommendations are the Layali Beirut Mezze, Hummus Kawarma, Saganaki, Saudi Roz Bukhari, LALA Al Faham, Kasstalihta Lamb Chop and Um Al Pudding—each thoughtfully crafted to showcase the authentic flavours, quality ingredients and warmth at the heart of Mediterranean cuisine.
