The 17th edition of SRCC Business Conclave, held from 6th to 8th March 2025, once again reaffirmed its stature as Asia’s largest undergraduate management fest. With the forward-looking theme, “New Business Horizon via Reform, Perform, and Transform,” the event served as a vibrant confluence of visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and students, engaging in masterclasses, national competitions, and transformative discussions on business, governance, and innovation.
Powered by Fateh Education, and co-powered by SDA Bocconi Asia Centre, the conclave was also supported by leading organizations including Konnifel, Fino Payments Bank, BellaVita, and AICPA & CIMA. Their generous contributions played a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of this landmark event.
Day 1: Transforming Perspectives
The inaugural day set the tone with impactful sessions that challenged conventional thinking.
- T. Rabi Shankar elaborated on India’s pioneering journey in digital payments and the emergence of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).
- Rashmi Singh inspired attendees with insights into the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
- Sundararaman Ramamurthy offered a deep dive into the dynamics of India’s stock market.

- Harsh Binani, Co-founder of Smartworks, shared his journey of disruption and resilience.

- Pranjal Kamra shared pragmatic investment strategies focused on long-term wealth creation.
- Rajeev Talwar reflected on India’s economic progress through a policymaker’s lens.
A high-powered Venture Capital Panel with Sanjeev Agarwal, Ravish Kumar, and Hersh Gulati discussed funding dynamics, startup sustainability, and investor expectations.
Tech innovation took center stage as Ganesh Prasad emphasized the urgency of AI adoption:
“AI will replace those who fail to learn it.”
The Founder’s Panel, featuring Rishi Gupta, Ajay Lakhotia, and Mahesh Murthy, highlighted the importance of adaptability and strategic growth in the startup ecosystem.
The evening entertained with a beatboxing performance by Kunal BBX, an insightful session by CA Sakchi Jain, and stand-up acts by Kullu and Kaustubh Agrawal.

The Startup Conclave spotlighted emerging ventures as young entrepreneurs pitched their ideas to top investors. The Alumni Panel, with notable names like Shiv Khera, Aditya Agarwal, Pooja Gupta, and Raghav Jhawar, provided valuable insights into career growth, digital transformation, and lifelong learning.
Sessions by India Today focused on the critical issue of cybersecurity and online frauds, while Rajeev Shukla and Ajay Kumar Singh addressed governance and the role of public policy in shaping the nation’s trajectory.
The Valedictory Ceremony, graced by Harivansh Ji and Manoj Kumar, celebrated the success of the conclave and the legacy of excellence it upheld. The three-day spectacle ended on a high note with a comedy set by Madhur Virli and a soulful musical performance by AB Rockstar and Swee, leaving the audience inspired and energised.
